Rants and Raves

Politics is so interesting but so fake. Everything is predetermined and thought out and nothing is genuine. Music is real. American idol is a damn good show. And Rush Limbaugh can kiss my ass even though I can't stop listening to him cause he is so damn entertaining. Rush Limbaugh is like Pornography and cigarettes and if you are anything like me then you know what i mean by that. Alcohol is the source of all problems in my life but ironically it is the solution too, I heard that some where and thought that it sounded cool but very true. I now have a twitter account and its a lot of fun. I feel like everybody at work hates me. My wife is never happy and I think it is because she is married to me. I am getting tired of school but I love it at the same time. My daughter is the only person in the world that loves me no matter what. I have many addictions and I am not on drugs. My physical therapist told me my back is fucked up. I can't stop flirting with other women and I think my Physical therapist is hot so I keep going back even though I think she is making things worst. Oh and did I mention I am an alcoholic and drunk right now.

Brief Introduction

My name is Shawn Lawson. I was born in Queens, N.Y. I grew up your typical N.Y.C kid life going to parks and museums for fun. My most fond memories of my childhood are of my family. I grew up in a very big family with a caribean culture. I moved out west to Walla Walla, Wa to go to college and I haven't lived in New York since. I love the west because of the space. I still say New York is the greatest city in the world but I get tired of it easy when I go back to visit. Still I always go back to visit because my family lives there and they are in my top 5 important things in life list. This Blog is an open journal for the public but its purpose is for me to go back and look at what I was thinking at a particular time in my life. I have had journals in the past but I ussually end up burning them whenever I go back to read the contents. I reserve the right to change any thoughts or opinions that I may have in any post because I am constantly learning and as I get more knowledge my thoughts and opinions change. In the past whenever looking back at journal entries I was left feeling mortified. I get embarassed of my stupidity in the thoughts and opinions that I once had. If you choose to read the contents of this blog you will see the growth of an individual throughout the passage of time. I do not expect to become famous though I welcome an audience. The purpose of this blog is for me to reflect back on myself, rediscover lost memories and compare them to the present. In this blog I will be writing about my thoughts on current events, history, and philisophical issues. Thank you for visiting.
